Connected Community Fayre

A&A Connected are delighted to be hosting a morning of community connection on Saturday 28th of February, 10am-Noon in the Aytoun Hall.

Whether you’ve lived here for decades or just moved in last week, there is a surprising amount happening locally and this fair is a “one-stop shop” to meet the people who make things happen.

From the amazing local groups to the external organisations who support life in our area, from information about what’s happening locally, events upcoming, information about to save money on heating your home to the hedgehog highway project, the fair is all about people who make life better, greener and more connected.

Whilst you wander around the hall meeting the local groups, we’ll have music from the Mens Shed Ukulele group, updates about the progress of the Community Action Plan (2022-2027) and light refreshments too. If you have a spare hour on the morning of the 28th, why not pop in. You’ll walk out knowing a little more about your town, and perhaps feeling a lot more connected to the people in it.

Running in parallel, we’ll have Family Art Club as part of the Cosy Spaces programme. This will run from 10am – 11.30am in the smaller hall and provides a nice opportunity for families to be creative together before coming into the larger hall to wander round the Fair. Sign up form here:
